I love this, much better than searching in my emails for the right newsletter

I'm 20,000 words into conversations with EvansGPT and have found it more beneficial than previous paid professional coaching. EvansGPT offered genuinely new insights rather than just echoing my thoughts, significantly improving my self-awareness and providing actionable steps.

Here's a tip others might try:

Provide enough context for EvansGPT to identify your personality using a psychometric tool. Using Myers-Briggs (MBTI), EvansGPT identified me as ENTP, allowing us to explore why I lean toward Perceiving (P) rather than Judging (J). A detailed analysis of the five facets within J vs. P provided clear guidance on improving structure, planning, and proactiveness.

We also examined balanced tendencies, such as being systematic yet flexible, highlighting strengths and behaviors that sometimes hold me back.

Next, we're exploring Gallup Strengthsfinder and Crucial Conversations.

Overall, interactions with EvansGPT were notably insightful and practical compared to typical GPT coaching sessions.

My organization has Gemini. Is there a equivalent GEM version of this GPT?

Not yet. Currently, we've only built it on ChatGPT. We haven't explored putting it on Gemini, would love to hear thoughts on pros/cons and if it makes sense for us to have 2+ EthanGPTs to maintain.

Pros

1. Wider reach/adoption- Many companies are invested in the Google ecosystem so more users can benefit from the Gem.

2. Unlocking new capabilities- With Gemini's native integrations with Google's ecosystem (Workspace, Search, etc.) it could unlock new capabilities for the GPT

3. If there is an Open AI Outage we will always have a Gem to rely on.

Cons-

1. Maintenance challenge

2. User experience might be different. The two models might produce diff results

See how I deliberately added one more pro to selfishly tilt the balance :)
