(1) The on-demand course via Kajabi is a 3 hour version of the core material Ethan first developed last spring.
(2) The live class via Maven is 6 hours with new material and updates to the core course such as "How to develop and demonstrate Executive Presence" and "How to get more scope in a flat or downsizing environment." Also, the live class includes 2+ hours of live Q&A time with Ethan.
Ethan's mental mode is that the on-demand course via Kajabi is great if you need something right now and the next live class dates via Maven is far away. If you have the option to do the live class via Maven then you get more. If not, do the on-demand course via Kajabi.
