It's a tough environment and with companies shying away from hiring internationally (visa processing times, "disappearing headcount") the job search can be exponentially frustrating with no reasons for the rejection.

Zero reason for rejection, specifically after completing a "seemingly positive" interview loop, is where I've seen candidates get frustrated. Opportunity for companies to raise the bar on the interview experience, even a simple "we went with another candidate we believe to be a stronger fit" closes the loop.

Yes, I don't understand this process anymore.... Especially for positive loops, it could be that the candidate would be good for a position later and it is simple courtesy to explain the situation and potential next steps.
